Company: NanoDel Technologies is a biopharmaceutical company that uses proprietary nanoparticle delivery technology to develop preferentially drugs for the treatment of brain tumors and other diseases of the central nervous system (CNS).

Technology: 95% of all therapeutics that in principle are suitable for the treatment of CNS diseases do not pass the blood brain barrier (BBB) in therapeutically relevant doses. In order to overcome this limitation NanoDel developed a patent protected nanoparticle based technology (particles are made out of poly-butylcyanoacrylate) which allows or improve the transport of pharmaceutical active compounds loaded into nanoparticles (NP) across the BBB. In addition, pharmaco-kinetic and-dynamic drug parameters can be improved.
