Dr. Joachim (Joe) Bender, CEO (born in Germany in 1955) combines broad experiences in research and development with over 15 years of business development both in big pharma and biotech in the US, Europe and Israel. He started his industry carrier in 1984 as a biochemist at Bayer AG in the department of Pharmacology in Wuppertal, Germany. After seven years of pharmacological and product related research he moved on to business development located at Miles Inc., Berkeley, California, and Leverkusen, Germany, to coordinate Bayer Pharma’s licensing activities in Overseas. In 1999, he left Bayer to start Peptor GmbH (subsidiary of the Israeli company Peptor Ltd.) as CEO in Erkrath close to Düsseldorf, Germany. After the merger of Peptor Ltd. with DeveloGen AG in Göttingen, Germany, he joined van Rooijen & Partners Ltd. as senior consultant. In May 2006, Joe joint NanoDel Technologies GmbH as consultant before he took over the vacant CEO position in June 2006. Joe holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Cologne and has written several scientific and business publications.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Eckart Radunz (born in Germany in 1938) is co-founder and CSO of NanoDel since November 2003. He has 30 years of operational experience in international pharma and chemical management, development and implementation of strategies for pharmaceutical development as well as the development of new businesses. He was head of research at Merck KGaA in Darmstadt (Germany). He is in charge of the development of technological guidelines (SOPs and DMFs), coordination of industry projects, technical controlling of the projects, scientific cooperations and GMP-production of nanoparticles at NanoDel Technologies.

Carmen Böhm, Finances (born in Germany in 1964) is an experienced Master of Business Administration. She has worked for over 21 years in the range of Finance and Company controlling. She started her career in a company of the TAKRAF-corporate group as group-leader of the payroll accountancy and later she became the leader of the whole area of Accounting, Finance and Controlling. In 2001 she decided to change her position and became a self-dependent leader of a branch office from a service providing Accounting Company. Since spring 2006 she joined NanoDel Technologies GmbH. Here she is responsible for the whole area of Accounting, Planning & compliance of the company's budget and the controlling.
